Our Leaders:
Lynne Barletta founded the Treasure Coast House of Prayer in January of 2000. Growing quickly into a regional ministry, TCHOP had a beautiful center for the arts, coffee shop, and sanctuary in Stuart Florida. The hurricanes of 2004 lifted the rook off the building, and since there was a “wind Clause” in their insurance policy, TCHOP lost everything. When Lynne sought the Lord, he simply said
“I have allowed the lid to come off the box. Your vision is too small” God’s restoration was abundant, since Lynne had just recently married local businessman Tony Barletta, with his support and love, the newlywed couple decided to expand the vision with a new name, “Open Heavens Centers”. Kieran and Lisa O’Toole began to make the trip from Pompano Beach as led by the Lord to lead worship, and help birth the regional vision. Due to the locations of the many OHC”s who soon came on board, the main form of fellowship initially was conference calls.
Praying together, prophesying and encouraging one another developed the closeness of relationship, help and accountability. Home groups were born instead of traditional Sunday services. The core local home groups helped facilitate the outreaches and ministry. Pat Kuhn was ordained as a local pastor and home group leader. Lynnie and Tom Harlow were ordained as prophets and ministry leaders. Debbora Blank moved from Virginia to become a home group leader and help with the ministry load. Alice and Tome Ladomirak opened up their home group, and Elaine Balkwill connected her ministry in Sebastian, while Jeff and Mary Williams connected in Hobe Sound. Doug and Beck Heininger brought their church in York PA into the group and also their network of Pastors. Suddenly, OHC began to accelerate. Leader Graham Cooke came in May of 2007, and initiated the relationship with Gary Goodell, leader of The Third Day Church Network. Lynne, Tony, Kieran and Lisa have become ordained under the Third Day Church .

Who we are:
We are a church and a fellowship with a regional vision and a strong prophetic edge. Believing that His will can come on earth as it is in heaven, and that access is granted to all!
Our Mandate:
We have a heart for a move of God throughout our region!
We are a regional church headquartered in Stuart , Florida , with regular weekly Tuesday corporate gatherings, Monthly regional gatherings, Conferences and Sunday home groups.
We are closely knit with our other churches, ministries and home groups.
We began as a House of Prayer, and we still carry the vision to raise up a 24/7 House of Prayer and a new Open Heavens Center
We express our worship through new sounds, intercession, creative arts, and the flow of Holy Spirit in a common-unity.
We have home groups and churches throughout the region and beyond that are pastored by those we are in close relationship with.
We raise up leaders and ordain them, often sending them out on missions, strike force teams and we establish new home group pastors.
We host regional revival and prayer events, evangelize, teach, and support missions.
We facilitate prophetic workshops, Ignite the Arts workshops and more, either hosting them or sending teams out to bless churches and businesses.
We help people to discover their God given dreams and birth them.
We are committed to outreach to the poor, the widows and the orphans. This vision is actualized through the support of an orphanage in Cambodia , facilitated through Lynne Barletta’s brother, George Butron .
We are ever expanding, based on organic growth of our people and the dreams God places in them.
